Sunyuul Yie is the founder and Creative Director of YUUL YIE. Grounded in women’s wear design and driven by an intuitive passion for three-dimensional form, she established the house in Seoul to pioneer a new language in contemporary luxury footwear and leather goods.
Her creative journey began with an instinctive fascination with the raw craftsmanship of shoemaking, the tactile weight of leather, the rhythmic resonance of artisans at work, and the structural precision required to balance art on a delicate heel. Viewing each design as an intimate architecture for the human form, Sunyuul seamlessly merges organic inspirations found in modern art and nature with avant-garde geometric silhouettes.
Based in Seoul, the vibrant heart of artisanal shoemaking, Sunyuul oversees every nuance of production with uncompromising rigor.
